De Kas is a biggest great restaurant which is located in a former greenhouse on the outskirts of Amsterdam. That green house make beautiful outside of restaurant, its really give very beautiful look from inside of restaurants. Back in 1926 the greenhouse was constructed to house Amsterdam’s municipal nurseries. All of the plants and blossoms utilised for Amsterdam’s municipal plantings were grown on these surrounds and in greenhouse. Over the decades, the nurseries were closed down and the structures and greenhouse became dilapidated. About 10 years ago the greenhouse was scheduled for demolition, but chef Gert Jan Hageman glimpsed the construction and determined it would be perfect for a restaurant and vegetable flower bed. Hageman advanced the city with the suggestion and ended up buying it for just 1 Euro, which he renovated it completely into the restaurant it is today. The restaurant has a garden near where it produces most of its personal vegetables, herbs and edible flowers. They also have a large area about 10 kilometers from Amsterdam for cyclic vegetables, which are harvested at sunrise everyday so that visitors can enjoy the freshest likely ingredients. Anything additional they can’t produce themselves, they purchase it from localizedized ranchers and suppliers round the city.
